Individual Counselling - Initial Consult

Cancellation Policy

At Holistic Calm, counselling is approached as a collaborative and reflective process. I believe that people have both the desire and the capacity to move toward greater self-awareness, healing, and meaningful change. You are considered the expert on your own life and experiences. Rather than offering advice or prescriptive solutions, my role is to support you in understanding yourself more fully and reconnecting with your own internal resources and clarity. All information shared within sessions is treated confidentially, except where disclosure may be required by law, where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or another person, or where written consent has been provided. Initial appointments are 75 minutes. Ongoing sessions are 60 minutes and are available both in person in Kelmscott, WA and online via Zoom. Payment is required at the conclusion of each session via EFT or cash. Please note that EFTPOS facilities are not available. Late cancellation fees apply: • Less than 1 business day notice: full session fee payable • 2 business days notice: 50% of session fee payable Where face-to-face attendance is not appropriate due to illness or other circumstances, sessions may be transferred online or via telephone. Holistic Calm uses a secure clinical note-taking support tool called Heidi to assist with documenting session content accurately and efficiently. Records are stored securely and retained in accordance with professional requirements. Email and telephone contact is reserved for practical arrangements only. Counselling support is not provided outside sessions unless arranged in advance. In an emergency, please contact the appropriate crisis or emergency service or call 000.
